Elaine is an accomplished speaker with more than 25 years of training and leadership experience in Project Management. She is a technical presenter with Toastmasters, the Project Management Institute, NSBE, Everbridge, supporting clients from Maryland State Department, EMC, Dell, Port of Houston, HP, Compaq, Ohio State Dept, Mass State Dept; State Street Bank, VERIZON, COMCAST, BDPA, Women InTechnology Inc.

She has a BS in Biology from Fordham University / Marymount College, and she holds several project management certifications that have allowed her to deliver consulting and training events that make a transformational difference in the lives of many project managers that seek career advancement and financial success. This success transfers into increased ROI measurements for corporations worldwide.​

Mrs. Jackson specializes in Agile and Project Management workshops, sustainability certifications, and professional public speaking support. She has a unique ability to engage teams with creative dialogue and exercises related to meeting corporate Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion goals. She is dedicated to confirming project environments are transparent while successfully meeting their objectives with professional safety processes in place.​
